For existing buildings: assess building condition for code compliance, exterior closure/roof, architectural finishes, elevators, MEP systems (with outside consultants as needed). Feasibility Develop feasibility studies for adaptive re-use and site or building acquisitions including planning and zoning analysis. Create yield studies based on multiple scenarios.
