William Long


A lively manager and strategist, Bill is highly organized, process driven and a complete communicator. With extensive experience in business process improvement, design and construction project management, Bill is able to navigate the big picture, reliably leading a project team to achieve client goals no matter how ambitious. Bill has a strong reputation in running large teams for complex projects in multiple roles – owner’s representative, project manager, team leader.

​As a principal in Red3 Group, an architect by training combined with an MBA, Bill brings order, efficiency and predictability to project formation, development and execution. Owner Representation

Pre-construction management leadership in partnership with development leads, construction managers, client program managers, and sales directors. Through engagement directly with project leadership, partnering as a trusted advisor embedded in the owner’s team, he provides creative design leadership, creative management support, assertive decision making, and broad consensus building.
